Balance sheet??


I need help putting these items into certain categories so that I can create a balance sheet. I have done some but I need help with the rest. Can someone help please? Here are the items:

Cash
Accounts receivable
Office supplies
Trucks
Accumulated depreciation鈥擳rucks
Land
Accounts payable
Interest payable
Long-term notes payable
K.Webb, Capital
K.Webb, Withdrawals
Trucking fees earned
Depreciation expense鈥擳rucks
Salaries expense
Office supplies expense
Repairs expenses-Trucks


This is what I have done so far:

Current assets:
Cash
Accounts receivable
Accumulated depreciation-Trucks

Long-term investments:
Long term notes payable

Plant assets:
Land
Trucks

Intangible assets:

Current liabilities:
Accounts payable
Interest payable
Salaries expense

Any help would be great!! Thanks

I would love to have help on how to do a balance sheet, I also have to make a income statement and a equity statment. Any help on that would be great!!!

You would do the following:

Current Assets:
Cash
Accounts Receivable
Office Supplies

Owners Equity:
K Webb Capitl
K Webb Withdrawals

Revenue:
Trucking Fees Earned

Expenses:
Depreciation Expense Trucks
Salaries Expense
Office Supplies Expense
Repairs Expense Trucks


Fixed Assets(Plant Assets):
Trucks
Accumulated Depreciation Trucks
Land

Current Liabilities:
Accounts Payable
Interest Payable

Other Liabilites:
Long Term Notes Payable

This would be the way I would break them out. I am not sure what categories you have to work with though. Good Luck!!

this is all i know: & everything you have up so far looks correct
office supplies is an asset
any expense would be a liablity
capital is an owner's equity account
withdrawal accounts take away from owner's eq.
do you need to know how to create the balance sheet after organizing the accounts?
