Best approach? Buying to let scenario? |
I have 拢10,000. At some point in the next 3 years I want to put a deposit down on a 3-bed house in an area that will give me good capital appreciation but mostly return on investment as regards rent. I can only borrow 拢70K on my income. What is the best approach? I don't mind sharing with a good friend. Also thought of investing in a boom abroad or buying just a one-room place for 拢70,000. Try the stock market or Ladbrokes. yeah go on buy some rundown house, make it up ..n rent it |
