Looking for Real Estate investment partner?

I'm looking for somebody who is willing to partner with me in real estate investments in or around Columbia, MO. I am willing to do all of the leg work in finding good property but do not have the start-up capital to begin. I am a very hard working individual with a good work history. My wife is a local real estate agent that knows the area well. We are both working towards our goals for real estate investing, but are still several years out. We would like to expedite these goals utilizing a partner that is willing to put up the capital to start. We are willing to discuss all kinds of options. Please let us know if you are interested.

I know Columbia very well, I have a number of friends there. I started in real estate there. I also know a lot of the major players in the Columbia real estate market.

I seriously doubt you will find anyone willing to risk their capital for your gain.

You have a few options. Save your money.

It is a buyers market so all you can do is look for distressed sellers and try to rent it for more than you can buy it for. The rental market is doing pretty nicely now.

why dont you get a bank loan

not a good time for real estate right now.

you could perhaps post several ad in your local news paper, put out fliers, or put out signs along the way side which is visible and then you could wait and see who attention gets drawn.
