Where can I find investments that give me positive net cash flow, not capital gains?

Thanks!

I am familiar of course with basic investments that yield cash flow, i.e. bonds, dividends, cd's and other interest bearing accounts. What I am interested in is yields above 10%. For this I understand that I need to venture beyond traditional investments to ones that are a bit riskier. Where can I find information about these types of investments?

Try selling covered calls on stock you own that pays a dividend. You get the dividends quarterly and the call premiums expire every month for a monthly cash flow. It should boost you over 10+ % if that is what you are looking for. There are other investments out there but like the other answerer said your question is too general.

Sure. Lots of investments from real estate, to bonds, to stocks that pay dividends, etc. You need to decide what you are looking for specifically. Your question is a little too general.

Any positve cash flow can be consider capital gains depending on asset. Anyway invesment property can create such a cash flow.

There are many stock investments that pay regular and increasing dividend year after year. Among the best of these are bank stocks. BAC for example pays a current 4.0%+ dividend which the company has increased every year for at least the last 10 years. And it is not the only one. If you had purchased BAC 10 years ago, you would now be receiving a 10% dividend or better on your original investment.

Check out my listing! 17% on $9750 over 3 years!! Please read the profile before making a judgement.
