Is there really a company called Equity Capital Investments in Tenn? Does Herb Sands really run the company?

I need to add that this a oil drilling investment.I was told they are drilling in Tenn.?

There's a company called Equity Capital Investments Inc in Adrian, Michigan.

I can't see any reference to Herb Sands.
