I need $25,000 Dollars investment capital how do i get it?

The best thing for you to do is to go to the SBA website: http://www.sba.gov and walk through their business planning steps. If you can answer all of the questions and come up with a solid business plan then you can approach a bank. This amount is too small for Venture Capital and Angel Investors will probably not look at it either. So, you are going to be stuck in what we call the Private Equity world or Banks for short.

A Bank may loan you the money if you have a solid business plan and idea. It would help if you lined up a couple of contracts and even had some purhcase orders waiting to be filled. Any type of equity that you can bring to the table, whether it be contracts, Purchase Orders or your own hard earned cash would help.

But, no one, i'll repeat, no one with half a business brain is going to loan you money on an idea without a solid business plan. If they do they'll fall under one of the three F's stated above.

Also, the $25K number seems a bit low to really provide for enough capital to run a business. You may get your idea off the ground but that seems like very little operating capital.
