I am in quagmire of debts. I want to know whether I should sell my house or leave job? |
I will give more descrition. My house is worth Rs 25 Lakhs and it may fetch me Indian Rs 50 lakhs in one year. I am approx 54 years and minimum age is 55 years to take retirement and I can work till 62 years and then I will be entitled to more pension benefit. What is the right thing for me to do. I am unable to get any loan because of mismanagement of my finances and i have tried so many places but could not get success and every agent only tries to extract money from me and now every thing is gradually being sold tell me what to do. My mobile number is 9811626631 That makes sense. I can not pay my bills, So I will Quit My Job??? if you sell your house, can you pay all your debts and at same time can you have a reserve money? if yes, then sell your house and rent a place to sray. don't ;eave your work till retirement age Make 2 lists. List 1 is everything you need to survive, such as food, medicine, etc. List 2 is all the extras, such as buying things you don't need, but want, like a bigger tv, bigger and newer car, more clothes that you won't wear. Work off of list 1. |
