Total sales expected in the fiscal year $450,000

The company's fiscal year begins February 1.

Exclusive of bad debts, the total budgeted selling and general administrative expenses for the fiscal year are estimated at $70,500, of which $21,000 is fixed expense (inclusive of a $9,000 annual depreciation charge). These fixed expenses are incurred uniformly throughout the year. The balance of the selling and general administrative expenses varies with sales. Expenses are paid as incurred.

Please help me complete the question. I am totally stuck ;)

Don't trouble yourself with such fantasies when you should be spending your time starting a business yourself ..

This appears to be quite the homework assignment. With 1st quarter sales revenue of $96k, sales and admin cost estimate of $17.625k. What are the costs per unit? Are sales revenue figures part of the question? You did not include enough information to have a question. If you are in the mud, you can wait for it to dry, but puffy ground will always spin.
