How to obtain a unsecured loan in SIngapore?

Quite a shame that we dun have ready finance companies here like Europe and US to help those who need to consolidate debts.Tried on classified but met plentiful of shameless scammers instead.Anyone can please advise.Thks.

Sadly,banks here are just too rigid and don't think they will like to deal with people with no assets.
