I know I have asked the same question previously but does anybody know a good finance place that will help?

I have had this debt for 5 years and want to get rid of it once and for all, and know I have the capacity to repay the loan. Looking at $3850 for defaults on my credit file, $3k for miscellaneous debts and $4K-$5K for a car, so all up, a loan of around $12k at the maximum. Please help someone, I am ready to take my life down the right track, please give me that kick start? I understand it makes you look like an unreliable person when you defaults on your credit rating but I am reliable and honest and need a chance!! AUSTRALIA ONLY PLS

I am in the states but my recommendation would be to seek help from established financial planners. They can generally tell you the best ways to get out of debt.
