I have a finance degree, I want to be a fashion designer, the school is too expensive I hate anything but help

I graduate in july. Im 23, in debt, i dont like doing anything else but maybe something on tv but where do i start, just going to websites isnt enough, i live in houston not much opportunity for either of those and i have no money to move.
