Anyone out there willing to became a grantor for me in new zealand?

my husband and i r wanting to borrow from a finance company but we need a grantor. since he has bad debts we cant borrow without a grantor we want to pay of the money owing so that we can get a house in the near future now that we have a little baby we will think twice b4 getting into debt plz help

Assuming grantor means a co-singor or guarantor on the debt, anyone would have to be out of their mind to do this. It's even a bad idea for family and friends to do it, as it invariably goes bad. But family and friends are really your only options.

How about paying off your debts instead? 2nd job, 3rd job, etc.

I bet this doesn't get chosen as best answer!
