Hello personal finance people?

What kind of concept do you deal with? People tend to think that PF people just lecture their clients on why they shouldn't buy spinners and why credit card debt is bad. What is it reall? What's the exciting world of personal finance all about?

lecture lecture lecture !! and pound in a few heads... Work on making people realize that THEY CAN be debt free if they would only listen and do so.

Teaching or private tutoring personal finance can get frustrating when you work with some numbskulls that jsut don't want to change but there they are begging for help. They fail to realize it is UP TO THEM to make the change... no one else can do it for them !

Financial advisors make money by doing something you could easily do yourself and charing you a fee to do it. most of the time you could do it yourself better.
