Im looking for Pre-construction in new developments in Arizona?

I am going to move to Phoenix, or the surrounding area in the summer of 2007... I hope to find a contractor that has or will have something available for move in then... Any developers or contractors in 30 mile radius of phoenix out there? Any realtors know of any good investment opportunities? Just email me direct if so...

I want to buy in NOW, and hopefully make a bit of money on the investment..
