Combine interest rate/yield for investment?

You cannot LADDER interest rates for different financial instruments. But is it possible to COMBINE an interest rate AND a yield into one for a higher rate of return. Say open a direct foreign brokerage account (multi currency) where there are very high interest rates and in that same account own shares of a mutual fund (also in that country) that have a very high yield return?

perhaps you can try forex. which is also excellent way for you to invest.
