FDI is the investment which any FOREIGN MNC Company can make in any INDIAN VENTURE they plan to start in INDIA with the INDIAN PARTNERs.
FDI is determined by the MINISTRY OF FINANCE, COMMERCE etc. and the INDUSTRIAL POLICY etc.
