Is anyone ever trouble account e-gold?

I have trouble Passphrase Account e-gold and I don't ever make false /mistake to e-gold,Until now My account can't open and was contact support e-gold ,but they only promise will sent temporary pasphrasse by email and its during 5 month ago , so that I make very loss cause I can't business.I think themself make froud/scam.
Is Anyone can help me for give information of where is contact.

e-Gold has high security, check with them. They are not scamsters, but they are outside the USA, and charge ridiculous fees.

There is a good chance that you've been scammed. While the concept of e-gold is somewhat real, most exchanges and traders are not. You probably dealt with one of those exchanges. Sorry
