E-gold account blocked after restart of computer due to dynamic IP address?

I can open an e-gold account and access it without any problem for the first time. but after i shutdown my computer and later restart it, I cannot access my account. They say account is blocked bcz u may be using a proxy or the IP is blocked. But my ISP provides dynamic IP address. so i tried to open another e-gold account(allowed my e-gold). It will work fine.I can login into account without any problem. But again after i restart the computer my account will be blocked . Please help me on this one as there was no help from e-gold for my email

However, e-Gold is a rippoff. You have to pay money to get egold, they charge you "rental" to store it, and they charge you to receive money.

My advice, DUMP THEM FAST. They are mostly used only for illegal online gambling, and all online gambling is rigged.

eGold is also used for HYIPs which are illegal which are illegal ponzi schemes.
