2CheckOut, StormPay, E-Gold, WorldPay....What's the best?

I live in Egypt where PayPal not covering Egypt, so I found those ones covers the world: 2CheckOut, StormPay, E-Gold, WorldPay.
I've asked friends and checked sites and found that:
2CO: is the most secure one, payment is accepted from any e-card, however, recieving money only by checks (Is it possible to obtain an e-card for 2CO account?)
StormPay: Less secure, Payment only accepted from Checks or another StormPay account while they present a StormPay e-card.
E-Gold and WorldPay: No more available information.

So can you recommend me the best knowing that I selected 2CO for fast and secure service but I want i to be on an e-card?

I've used 2checkout and they work well. If you're looking for a card to use with it and don't want to use your credit card, you should consider a prepaid debit card from Visa or Mastercard.

Stormpay lost their Money Service Business license so Stormpay is worthless as a payment method.

I have no reference for 2CO but you can accept all these payment methods, not just choose one. Also if you want to withdraw your funds from 2CO and can't use a local bank you can get a debit card from A1exchangers and a few other places which will allow you to withdraw funds from 2CO, Adsense, Paypal and some others. They provide the bank account you just use it to register with your account and the funds flow from Adsense to your debit card, nice way to receive your online earning. Here is a link explaining it:
