How can a 13 year old earn money, without babysitting or petsitting or stuff like that?

Im 13 and one month and I have a few money problems.
For Christmas I got a new mobile and I have to spend $30 of my own money (I get $10 a week) on credit which because Im on turbo gives me $120.
Since I just got the mobile I kinda went credit crazy and im now down to just $1.
I have $6 in my money box but I cant get any more pocket money because I still owe dad $20.
I cant let them know all my money has been used up.
Ive asked my parents to allow me to babysit but they just wont let me. Something about me going to other peoples houses bug them.
I really dont know what to do.
I have asked them more the 10 times if I can get a job.. As my best friends dad franchises 4 fast food places. But they say no because I have no way to get there as they wont let me catch public transport and are to lazy to take me themselves.
Im stuck and I need money quick!

This might seem silly, but it really really works. Buy candy in bulk- at costco or something... and sell it at your school. If you have a student store, just make it like 10 cents cheaper then the student store. Kids love candy. Kids want candy. During school, kids need candy. You'll make like 30 bucks a day. Woooo.

snow removal, mowing, going through old toys and selling them , or have parents sell them on ebay for you, or doing art work and showing a local art gallery to see if they would like to buy them.

In many Countries you are free do get a job and go to school.
Since you completely neglected to even give a remote clue as to where you are located I will assume you are in the USA , Canada, the UK or Australia.
Since those are predominatly English speaking Contries.
If you are in the UK, then you can get a job
If you are in the USA you cannot get a job
If you are in Canada you cannot get a job
If you are in Australia you can get a job

Elsewhere I am not certain about except for South Africa, where you can get a job.

I talk to the people first and get to know their kids before I babysit for them. Also it depends on how many kids they have and then we will come up with an agreement of the payment.

Why can't you tell your parents? Yea, you'll probably get yelled at but they may help you in learning to budget your time. Do you have anything you could sell, since your parents won't let you work?

this works well, depending on where you live. you'll need equipment, cleaning equipment: a plastic bucket, couple of brushes, some clean rags to start. now go out and become the local car washer. thirty gazillion cars in america and they all get dirty. there is good money for a thirteen year old kid out there.

forget the fast food thing, you're too young to work in one, gotta be sixteen. work the car wash thing and you can make twice the money, or better, limited only by ambition. you can get better at it and expand your area, you could work this all the way through high school and always have lots of cash. good luck.

How about Home Business? Just because you're 13 don't mean that you cant have big dreams. You can do business on line and you can also sell stuff in the neighborhood or at school. Set up your own website and send out fliers to advertise. Watch out for the scams - ask for help from your parents. Don't just limit yourself to small things like babysitting,etc.
There are also jobs that you can do on line from your home - in that case your parents would be the ones hired while you do the job which involves typing and sorting out data, contacting people, etc.
