What is a quick, legal way to earn some money?

My college roommate and I are desperate to get our hands on an xbox 360 (hehe), though, being college students, we have no money:( We are jobless, and too busy to get one, though we do have a few afternoons that we can spare for the sake of getting some money. My roommate thought about scanning craigslist from things people are giving away, renting a u-haul, and selling everything on campus (or somewhere else). Can anyone think of any other ways to earn some money (legal, obviously:))? We have a car, internet connection, and a weekend (plus afterschool time) to accomplish this goal. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ok, perhaps the context of why we need the money detracts from the dignity of the question, but can people just give their ideas about quick(ish), legal ways to earn money? Think of it as a creative way to spend an afternoon as under-grad entrepreneurs. However you view it, sarcastic comments (however true) are not what I was looking for.

Ok, I don't know just how legal/illegal this is, but you shouldn't get into any serious trouble...

Dumpster Diving. Not at residences, but at businesses. A friend of mine just went dumpster diving at a Home Depot. He and a friend filled up two vehicles with a bunch of gazebos and tiki bars that they had thrown away. They sold them on craigslist for about $200 each. A lot of companies just throw away old merchandise like this when they get new product in.

On campus you can also tutor others in certain subjects for some bucks. If you have some money you can buy and sell on e-bay. If you think your good salesmen there are all kinds of good sales jobs you can do on a part-time basis, where you set your own hours and get paid commission.

Try stockmarket... but then again you need initial investment... You can find a weekend jobs... try restaraunts... pizza delivery...

I feel your pain... I am also a college student desperate for money(not for an xbox but whatever). I got really bored and tried this site. I just got my first paycheck from them! You just answer surveys and get paid. You also get paid from your referrals... which is cool cause I barely did any work and got a good amount of money.
