My kid doesn't know how to earn money. No one has called for her to babysit and there are no extra chores for her to do.

Perhaps you're not advertising the babysitting enough. Have her try printing fliers and canvasing the neighborhood where you live. She can advertise other services too, such as cleaning and whatever other chores she does well.

Depends how old your kid is. Jobs are limited if they are below 16, such as having a paper round and packing groceries. But it's money I guess.
