If I don't earn money or If I loosed heavily and I don't have money for my need. Income Tax people pay me?

If I am earning money this people charge me in the name of Income tax but what about If I become old or I have lost the capacity to earn.

Whether this people pay me...?

What are the rules of Government and Income tax in INDIA

It is true. When they collect money by way of taxes when we earn, then they must refund at lest 50% of tax (in reverse slabs).

India was a poor country foreigners ruled it for more than 1000 years. they could not introduce welfare policies but they collected Tax Lagon very harshly.

Indian Government often forget that it's for the welfare of the people. Tax collection is treated like a revenue source. Just like we talk about sales in a company.

I think there's a provision of social security money in US, where old people get money when they cannot support themself economically. India is also a well developing country, so Government should come out with something like that.

(P.S. Indian Govt. Pays crores of rupees to MPs. Cutting their pay and pension alone would give enough funds to support the old people.)
