I'm in Portland, OR and want to invest in Real Estate?

I wish I were here 10 yrs ago when it was easy to do this and become rich! Now prices are so high it's rediculous (thanks, California LOL!) How can I get around this?????

Is never too late, what seems ridiculous today, it won't be 10 years from now.

It's never easy, it just looks that way. 10 years ago interest rates were higher and incomes were lower.

If you don't own your own home, start there. Take a 1st-time buyer home education course and you can do it.

If you do own your own home, focus on making it better and more valuable. Then when the market turns up again you'll have other options.

There is an abundance of ways to make profits through real estate investing鈥?and to many normal folks real estate remains a puzzle and they just aren鈥檛 quite sure if it鈥檚 something that they can do or if it鈥檒l really work for them. Since you have decided you want to invest in real estate, you have overcome the most difficult step.

Real Estate investing seems like mission impossible for ordinary folks, especially when you don't have enough money and experience . But you can do it. It is never too late.

There are people with no experience and no real cash who are investing in real estate and making it, because they decided to learn from those who have already done it. For me, I would say the only difference between a person making millions of dollars in real estate and the person who is making zero is鈥?a decision.

If you're a person that takes action and wants something better out of life, then go for it. It will pay off a few years from now.
