Is any one looking to invest in a NightClub?

I have bought the rights and name to the former Club Chrome. It was once the most popular Club in NJ and once the 8th most popular in USA. it was Shut down by its former owner because he lost intrest. this club with the location we have choose WILL make an easy 30,000 to 40,000 per night.

That second answer is Completely invalid. None of that is true and my best Friend owns R3 ventures and Club Avalon in NYC. he has trouble making 50,000 per night and thats inner city. i am on the out skirts surrounded by colleges where there is only 1 other club that every one hates

First of all 30,000 to 40,000 per night for a nightclub is not good at all. I would expect that from a small town pool hall. Most clubs in major cities pull in upwards of a 100,000 plus. Number 2 you need at least two years working capital to start a business of that type. Number 3 anyone with a successful business has a business lawyer. Any business lawyer will tell you if a business is making money and you want out to sell the business for what you would profit in a two to five year period. Example your take home pay is 300,000 per year then you would sell the business for 600,000 to 1.5 million dollars. I highly doubt the guy walked away. Number 4 Club Chrome is a horrible name. It sounds like a 90's strip club. Good luck on your business it sounds like it will fail because you should have had investors before you bought the rights and name. All businesses fail for one reason, poor planning and/or management.

I know several nightclub owners in Florida. Clubs in Ybor City in Tampa take in sometimes 200,000 to 300,000 per night. My husband has worked for two night club owners in Florida who own multiple clubs. He did there bookwork for five years during his twenties. One of them now owns a theme park he made so much money. We are still friends with those people to this day.

I am not looking to invest in a Night Club but I have something you could use at your night club. I don't know if you use Red Bull or not but if you do or plan on using energy drinks as mixers and would be open to looking at another kind i'd love to show you what I have. It's actually a premium energy drink that comes in a concentrated syrup so you don't have to waste a whole can on a drink. Right now I know a ton of bars and clubs are using this and the coolest thing is you can name it whatever you want so it can be your "house" drink. Message me if you are interested :)
