HP Scammed Me - Legal?

The long story is I called HP over a tech support issue and was told if they couldn't fix my problem without reinstalling windows I'd be reimbursed my money. Well, they couldn't solve the problem and they refuse to reimburse me. The tech support I recieved was the worst quality I've heared in my 40+ yr life 20+yrs working with computers. I'm serious about getting this money back, after calling again I was told I would be reimbursed and then I was told I would recieve money back.

Short story I haven't recieved my money and I've been reading a lot of complaints, how easy would it be to get a lawyer for this case or a class action lawsuit? I don't have any money to invest initially for a lawyer. To be perfectly honest I just want my damn money back. I will never, ever buy another HP product regardless.

approach the local consumer court. the consumer court itself has personnel to help draft and send a notice on ur behalf.
you will need proof of purchase, the condition under which money was to be refunded, your logging of the problem with hp, hp response etc.
even if the conditions of ur purchase rule out reimbursement u still can claim compensation for deficiency of service.

Did you pay by credit card?

That is a GREAT place to start. Sometimes you have additional warranties/protections.
