Has anyone used the company Ready2invest to buy overseas property?

Did you make money? Do they make it easy to sell after you've made your investment? Is there a minimum period over which you need to invest? How much are their charges? Thanks.

I have not used them and would not, although I do have several invesment properties. Anything like this, done through a company, has always got to make that company money. So, even if they are an excellent outfit, a sizeable chunk of what you hand over to them will go into their pockets.

Look, I know it's more work, but do your own investing. Never let someone else put your money into a property you have not chosen, or worse still, have not seen. If you want to invest in property without doing the work, invest in one of those property based bonds or funds - there are some ISAs as well - I think Fidelity does one. I have a deep gut instinct against outfits like Ready2invest. Wouldn't touch 'em. Not with a bargepole

I haven't used it.

Nope....
