I want to invest in mobile homes!?

I'd like to start out investing in moblie home why? Because I'd like to build some passive income and having little/no money. I believe it easier to buy a mobile home since they are less expensive in price and could make out better in the long run. What do you guys think about that?

mobile homes lose value they are not a good investment

It might be different where you live, but here in Australia, a mobile home depreciates with time. Whereas a block of land with a building on it will appreciate over time - even if the building depreciates, the land increases in value more.

So, best advice to anyone starting out - don't invest in a depreciating asset - eg. car, mobile home, etc.

Casino Guy and Rex are correct. Because mobile homes depreciate, they are difficult to obtain financing for. If you have little or no money to put down, you'd be better off buying a single-family residence as a first investment property.

Bad idea especially if you rent them out.
People usually beat the crap out of them because "it's not theirs" Hassle to get rent every month and usually have a substance problem. Take your money invest in a C.D at local bank totally safe and about 5 percent return

Buy a mobile home park in a warm state. Then rent out the pad sites to the homeowners. They own the trailer.
