I am looking for a really easy for beginners book on real estate ,all the stuff I need to know for investing? Any real estate books by "Bill Carey and Chantal Howell Carey". Also, great info at www.reiclub.com I dont know about books, but another idea would be to check into your local technical schools or community centers. Where I live our vo-tech schools have adult education real estate for beginners classes. They arent programs, you just go a couple times . And they are usually cheap. The greatest book is probably "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" or the "Cash Flow Quadrant". Definitely start with the first though... You would find this site helpful: I would suggest the Rich Dad Series. |
