Is there an ETF for offshore markets like Brazil, China thats easy and low cost to start investing in?

China ..... FXI and PGJ

ILF is a Latin America ETF. 65 % of its holdings are in Brazil. Mexico is 25%. The rest spread around smaller countries.

If you want to look at some other country specific ETFs check out Ishares or Powershares.
