I am in sales but i am not enjoying it i cant make career in it i cant do it shall i leave the job.? |
i was interested in equity research somehow cdnt get job in same profile company i had joined in pressure at tat time was a broking house but they had given me mix profile of sales and investment consultant it was a little related with my dream job tats why i joined but as for now they are giving sales pressue and no technical work in share market i cant do sales neither i want to make caree in it shall i leave the job i m in pressure as i am not enjoying i am taking it as a pressure. No one should stay in a job which they dislike and more importantly cannot do adequately. I worked much of my life with salespersons, and know that success in selling is very difficult in the best of circumstances and near impossible if you dislike selling. The term investment consultant is one of those titles often used for salesperson and means you must sell successfully. Yep, leave the job. Nothing like loving your job. Find another job before you quit this one. If you quit first think about all the stuff you would have to worry about when the bills start rolling in and you're not employed after a month or two of bad luck! you should leave this job, find another. Just find another job first, before you leave! Leave the job now. |
