The pricing scheme and trading information is not as good as other brokerage firm. There is no guarantee of execution time, what kind of streaming tools there are ?

Yes, you may save $5.00 a trade but when it comes to the fast execution, there is no guarantee. In a volatile market, if you sell it a couple of seconds slower, your lost will be many many many times more than $5.

It all depends on how you want to play your stock. Pay attention to how much it will cost to close the account. The offer may goes for 6 months and then regular charges will come right after, then you have to know how much you have to pay to switch to another place.

Just something to keep in your mind.

No it is not a scam. Just remember to read the fine print, you might be committing to make another 100 trades in the next year or something.
