I need to find out what would be the best MEDIUM to use to advertise for (private) investors? I am interested in starting a PRIVATE EQUITY ( or Investment) firm that invests in Northern Europe companies and Scandinavian markets. .

VERY carefully, you NEED to see an attorney that deals in corporate underwriting. You have a lot of pitfalls to avoid!!

In order to qualisfy as an Investment company or Private Equity firm, you have quite a few guidelines from the SEC in order to do this. If you're here in the states that is.
