Looking for a rehab or investment property in Charlotte, N.C. 3/2/2?

Something with equity, light rehab kitchen, bathrooms, tile, paint, anyone connected? Spoke to a few realtors but no good.Would prefer cornelius, matthews, huntersville, davidson area but open to a good deal. Thanks.

I'm in the general area but don't know of anyone. You might want to try looking at website for Charlotte Observer, Creative Loafing, Charlotte Post or the Charlotte Magazine.
You could also place a low cost ad in any of these publications. You could also try talking to the Chamber of Commerce office in these areas, they may now of some leads.
