My company is offering me equity as part of a job offer. How much should I expect or can I ask for? Thanks? |
the company is owned by an investment firm that will likely re-sell the company in a few years....so this is not a long term job for me... I agree with the first poster - let the company make an equity offer on paper - chances are that they won't give you more than 5% of the company and there will be tons of conditions and other strings attached. The investment firm will look out for themselves first - a la Enron - and leave you holding the worthless bag of dog ****. Let THEM tell you what they are offering.. |
