I am Equity investment analyst (Traninee) and i have been asked to make a company (real estate) visit to ask them some questions on company aobjective and their strategy, so i can forcast, what things i can ask. Thank you

Ask how their market penetration is and whats their niche.
Do they have an agent Hiring campaign
do they only do residential or commercial
do they earn revenue from mortgages
do they charge agents for desk fees
