in stock market investment what is the difference betwen mutual funds, IPOs , equity shares etc which give more earns IPOs are "Initial Public Offering" of stock, also called equity shares, or ownership in the company. Mutual funds are managed portfolios of stocks, bond, futures, warrants, etc. The best return will come from which one performs better over the time period you are investing in it. In my opinion, there is very little control over stock market investments, and a great deal of education is needed to perform well. Do your research before you put your money down. I've been successful in the stock market, but I have other ideas about how to make money more efficiently if you're interested.
