Which areas in London are ripe for property investment?

I am currently swaying between Streatham in SW London and Tulse Hill / Norwood areas in SE London - any views on which of the two will prove more profitable in the next 2-5 years? It is very much an investment which (I hope!) will build equity for another purchase quickly - thanks so much

I would say search both. The deal your looking for could be anywhere the more places you look the more likely you are to find it. Good Luck
