What are your thoughts on Fidelity Real Estate Investment (FRESX)? |
Seems like a good investment, as long as you keep your eye on it. It is a decent option as a part of a larger investment program. You do not want to dump all of your money into just one narrowly focused mutual fund. I would not consider placing more that 15% of my investments into such a fund. Not enough diversification. It is a fund with a very narrow focus. |
