Thesis on fidelity investment?

Do u now something interesting on fidelity investment, which i can cover in my thesis.
what is hot issue in investment & what kind of hypothesis i can test in my thesis on fidelity.

I know it is the largest mutual fund provider.
It's HQ is in Boston, MA.

Since Fidelity is the nation's largest 401K provider, and the government is currently creating ways to make having a 401k plan mandatory for employees (because studies have shown a lot of employees do not participate in their company's 40IK plan), you could study what effect this will have on the company.
