If a dairy company wanted to invest in either Gambia or Botswana, which would be the best choice? Why?

If a dairy company had to invest in Gambia or Botswana, what would the choice be? Why? What about competition? One has to be chosen. Thanks.

neither, they are too unstable,besides,,europe has what is called a 'butter mountain', massive surplus of dairy products,which have been offered free to africa,,no takers!
