What forex broker has no deal desk and several cross currencies?

i've been looking for a broker with no deal desk that could idealy trade USD/TWD and JPY/TWD. is there one out there? i haven't been able to find it.

Total 500 instruments available; spread for currency pairs from 1 pip for shares from 5 pip. Commission for cfd from 0.15%; rollover 鈥?0 USD. Very small initial deposit required. They allow to trade USD/TWD but is not available JPY/TWD
