Shouldb schools be run by pfi like hbs companies pfi [private fund iniative]?

because ive found there squandering council monies treating the workforce like crap and employing anybody in schools without vetting them and every 2 months promoting there own staff too management ie teaboy 6 months later manager so i donot think Pfi for schools is a good thing just a rip off for someones profit

You can't run schools like a business. Your "product" is your students, and public schools must accept every one that walks through the door. Charter schools tend to select the cream of the crop, taking with them the funding for those students, and leaving the public schools with what is left.
