I need a good book on IT project management in financial services?

I work in fund mangement and have managed a lot of projects but these have been business biased projects. I have been asked to take on a new project which is very IT heavy. So I need some Christmans reading on this. Ideally a book which explains the stages and some of the pitfalls.

Thanks

None there.
