In Brasil SECAV is a system that. facilitates the clearing and. settlement of stockmarket operations.

In France Sicav is the local equivalent of a Mutual Fund.

I think you mean a SICAV. Now that you know the correct word, you can look it up on Google, but I beleive it is a type of fund that has the ability to be marketed internationally (or at least around Europe). Don't rely on this - have a look at an online dictionary of financial terms.
What does it stand for? Dunno - it's French.
