What is the difference between portfolio management services and mutual funds?

Mutual fund is when u give yr money to some compony who will invest according to their choice in the market or any sector. The gain or loss will be divided among all the contributors along with the Mutual fund compony (including you).
Portfolio management services belongs to some broker or any institution which will advise you to invest your money according to your priorities and your money, they might charge you for that..
the gain or loss is fully yours..
