Would like to entry share market thru managent fund?

Looking some management fund company would accpet customer has less than $5000.00.

The first thing you should know is that most management fund managers do not do as well as the market averages. There are plenty who will accept you.
I recommend you put it in a no load index fund. Your expenses will be a lot less, leaning more for you. The management that you get is indirect. The people who select the components are actually managing your fund. You do not have to pay them.
