In the past 5 yrs, what % of assets have been in the top 1% of funds. how does performance effect behavior? |
I want to determine the relationship between performance and investor behavior. I'm guessing most of the assets are not in the top 1-5% (in terms of performance in their peer group) of funds over any time period (e.g., 5-10 years). Is there data on this? Investor behavior can be a hard topic to measure due to market variances on the price of a stock. However, check out http://www.businessweek.com. They have a good section of stock quotes and historical data each week. Also try the Wall Street Journal |
