Ran across HYIPs; is this another ponzi stuff created in the Internet?

How does HYIP work? I mean, how is it possible for someone to earn over 200% of his or her initial investment?

These High Yield Investment Programs (HYIP) are usually scams. I have never heard of a legitimate one. The US Treasury department considers the phrase "high yield investment program" a red flag that you are probably dealing with a scam. Solidinvestment.com is an example of a HYIP that has disappeared off the Internet. I doubt people will get any money back.

If it sounds too good to be true....it probably is.

Most are ponzi schemes that fizzle out in 1 or 2 years.

They work at first because more money comes in that what is being paid out. But once that balance shifts they go broke. Classic ponzi.

I have been investing in HYIPs for the past 3 years. All of them are scams but they also tell you that they are. They tell you that they will pay you withother people's investments.

However, you can still make lots of money with HYIPs. It is known already that all of them last for at least 30 days. Within those 30 days they pay and they pay well. This way they get customers who will praise them on HYIP forums and HYIP reviews. That is their only mode of advertising - WORD OF MOUTH.

So what I do - and it has worked amazingly everytime - is that when I see a knew HYIP program, I invest in it right away and I leave after 20 days. Those 20 days I make good money. The key is also to spread your investment in a bunch of them, and never invest more than you are willing to lose...Very similar to gambling. But take it from me, this method works full proof.

Remember, if the site does not have a support page with an address or phone number, then do NOT invest. They are probably a scam to begin with. The ones I showed you above are tested and proven to be legit. Don't listen to HYIP stereotypes. They may be risky, but that is life and you just have to know how to play the game.
