Are there any restrictions on a U.S. citizen withdrawing funds from Greece on profits made in Greece?

For example, assume I build a house in Greece, rent it out during the summer, and want to withdraw the rental income from a Greek bank account.

You need to find out from the Greek authorities if there is a limit as to how much money can be taken out of the country in one transaction. Nowadays, there is always a question about money laundering so you have to ensure that everything is in order. Your Greek bank should be able to give some guidance on this. Also, you need to speak to your US accountant to see if there are any applicable US taxes imposed for bringing those funds to the US.

no

But all income are taxable in the US
